I have over 20 years of marketing, communications, sales and channel development expertise primarily in the MENA region. I have held marketing management positions in global, regional and local levels which gives me the vantage of understanding marketing in different perspectives.

I have gained both B2B and B2C marketing experience covering online and offline ATL, TTL and BTL activations. I come from diverse industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities and recently into FMCG specialising in foodservice. Having worked with multi-national giants as well as start-ups, I’ve mastered balancing stability and agility.

Moreover, having started from the bottom of the corporate ladder as a Marketing Assistant working my way up to Marketing Director, I have developed deep understanding of Marketing Operations both in strategy and execution. My specialty in Marketing lies in brand strategy, PR, event and advertising management. I am also adept in new product development, innovation and entering white space markets.

Having lived in Dubai for almost 20 years made me excel in cross-cultural collaborations, gaining valuable relationship with industry colleagues, customers and business partners. I am committed to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives and support causes benefiting women empowerment, protecting children and animal welfare, and disaster relief operations.

Noreen McNicholas

I am a creative, tech savvy, analytical marketing professional with over 15 years’ of B2B experience in the energy and construction sectors with the last 7 years in a managerial position. In this time, I provided strategic and operational marketing support to over 70 countries in Europe, Africa, Russia and Caspian and the Middle East.

I have experience in leading marketing teams both remotely and face-to-face to build and deliver the regional marketing plans using a Through the Line (TTL) approach. This incorporates some of the following activities:

  • End to end exhibition and event management for both external and internal stakeholders
  • Content marketing including the creation of print materials (brochures, flyers and case studies) and digital media (videos, e-guides and sales presentations)
  • Sponsorship and Hospitality: Handling major event sponsorship and customer hospitality as part of the sponsorship
